Welcome to the Lillian Semper Ross Center for Disability Services (RCDS). The staff at RCDS assists in creating an environment for accessible education at the University of Massachusetts Boston. The staff coordinates services and accommodations for students with a variety of documented disabilities. This handbook will assist you in accessing the services that you need.
